No, he means community packages. The most popular packages from AUR are taken into community repo, so you don't need to package it yourself. Just uncomment twe two lines in /etc/pacman.conf:
[community] Include = /etc/pacman.d/community
then pacman -Sy, and you can install them as simply as those from [current] or [extra].
But if you like you can build them on your own too, just click the CVS link and there you see the files needed to build it. For each of those files, click on the number in Rev. column and you get the latest version of the file.

[edit] Preventing the stealing to community/extra
It dosen't looks like it's possible to prevent the stealing of a PKGBUILD/package from the AUR. This really should be marked in the text. I don't want to insert it, as i don't know, if it's really impossible. --CuleX
