Ok, so first of all, I don't really know about these two programs specifically, but I have successfully set up a few wireless connections. After having a look at this article and the one it is supposed to be merged with, I feel that there is no need to merge them. The other article talks about a general setup using wpa supplicant and this one is more specific. Yes, there is an overlap, but I feel that this is acceptable since it walks the user through the process required for this set-up. The other article does not provide this detail (especially about the drivers part, such as ndiswrapper). Merging these two articles would make the other article lop-sided in favour of ndiswrapper. Without the other drivers getting a fair share of text-space, this might reduce the quality of the destination article.
