About configuration
For me the bio folder wasn't in /usr/share/perl5/site_perl/5.10.0 it was in /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl so I added that folder to the bashrc file, maybe you should add that to the configuration section in the wiki, that there is to add the folder in which the Bio one got installed...
