Audio/Video dependency list incorrect

Installing the dependencies from the Audio/Video section from this page makes Gajim display "Missing dependencies for Audio/Video" nonetheless.

In addition to the optional Audio/Video packages for the gajim package, I installed `gst-plugin-gtk` as per https://dev.gajim.org/gajim/gajim/-/issues/10551#note_203548 and it made the dependency warning disappear.

It's inconsistent that the https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/any/gajim/ list of optional dependencies for audio/video is different than the one written here. And both have no `gst-plugin-gtk`, which had been crucial

Audio/Video is currently broken on Linux due to the conflicting libsoup versions. A/V still uses libsoup2 however due to the update to the Gajim dependencies moving to libsoup3, you now get a libsoup version conflict, and thus, causes Gajim to crash when you try to use A/V feature.
This will hopefully be fixed when the libsoup3 rewrite branch is merged into master, but until then the feature is completely broken and thus this shouldn't be addressed until the merge has been completed.

Note: Update to 1.17.0 introduced the rewrite to libsoup3, however AV is still hit or miss

OMEMO integrated into client

Hello,

As of version 1.8.0 omemo has been integrated into the client and is no longer a plugin [1]

gajim-plugin-omemo has been removed from the AUR on 2023/05/30 [2]

I will delete Gajim#Omemo Support or rework the section in a couple of days and let people update to the new version in the meantime, as 1.8.0 has only just been signed off and moved into [extra], section has been flagged for Accuracy in the meantime.

Thank you,
