USB filesystem considerations

Should there be a suggestion about which filesystem to use on the USB drive. Fat32 avoids problems with permissions that come with any ext# fs. I think if ext# is used, there will be extra steps to set permissions on the .pamusb folder that's created so the pad files inside it can be written and read properly. Fat32 makes this easier.
