I've added two troubleshooting contents("Plugins are unable to install: Could not create directory","Cannot save plugins to localhost"), however I'm very aware that this is poorly written. If someone could improve my formatting etc, that would be great.

Following the instructions in that section I could not start the installation, the 'GRANT' privilege in the 'Administration' section for the user was not granted but as far as I can tell it is needed.
