Fldigi is a cross-platform amateur radio digital modem program, which can be used with radio equipment to receive and transmit a wide variety of digital communications modes. By connecting the soundcard of a PC to a radio, you can send and decode many different digital modes. Fldigi supports the most popular modes such as Wikipedia:RTTY RTTY and Wikipedia:PSK31 PSK31.
