Gradual staged upgrade of my Arch system from 2012-05 to 2012-07-29 using https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Downgrading_Packages#ARM as a repository. Mostly using ARM states from the day after the big Arch changes. These upgrades are applied from 2012-07-29 and onwards.
The upgrade command to use after each change to
for downgrade enabled synch, I think.
First to verify the whole process works disable other mirrors and add:
Just an arbritrary date a bit after the last
Secondly to set-up the new netcfg changes brought by May 13.
Not to forget "
mkinitcpio -p linux" after that one!
Pacman keys: possibly not that big a change yet, perhaps jumping over this stop.
A little guide to help me through this.
Upgrading to Grub2, which is possibly not too urgent can wait after the system is back to normal synch after re-enabling the normal repositories in
pacmatic -Suyy and I'm done.
