Hi!
I'm Rursus. Yesterday (13-11-24) I created a Linux server using a very old PC. First I tried installing Debian, my favourite Linux, but it failed because of too little memory. After a very short survey on distrowatch.com I decided that Arch Linux was the only realistic choice if I was to get a minimalist Linux server:
- designed for minimalist in opposition to the vast majority of distros,
- established and active community.
If you find anyone named Rursus (alternatively Siderespector) out there, it's most probably me. Example site:
It seems very few use the alias Rursus on Internet, both because it is awkward to pronounce in most languages, and because few decide to use a latin adverb/conjunction ("on the other hand", "on the opposing side") as an alias for themselves.
