• Download the SAPGUI JAR file from SAP marketplace (authentication is required), it is located under G. If the file has the .zip extension, rename it to .jar.

• Install openJDK.

• Install SAPGUI with:

$ java -jar /path/to/downloaded/file.jar

• Install openjfx^AUR from the AUR, otherwise SAPGUI will refuse to work. Alternatively, install jdk^AUR from the AUR.

• Run the SAPGUI (located in installation_directory/bin/guilogon).
