What is your background info for this? Recently, User:Tacchinotacchi made similar change, which he reverted shortly after. To my knowledge, the original ordering (i.e. after
udev) was correct. It is definitely unrelated to the
filesystems hook though, because
resume was before
filesystems the whole time. -- Lahwaacz (talk) 09:04, 15 January 2017 (UTC)
- Just deleted the discussion, it is not needed anymore. I reinstalled everything and now hibernate works after udev. I am leaving the wiki like that, since most of non-wiki tutorials or walkthroughs use hooks that way and it works. I still don't know why it has a behaviour like that.
- If you are having trouble with hibernation, try both hook orders. Don't forget to
mkinitcpio -p linuxeverytime you make any change to

Place for responses
When you reply to someone, please do so at the same place the discussion started. I take it for the first time, but continuing to reply in different places is just silly. See Help:Discussion for details.
When you have learned the "drill", please move your reply where it belongs so we can continue.
