C740 storage

Regarding your edit, do you have any source apart from this for the storage type of the C740? in Acer own press release it's saying the C740 comes with SSD storage. Some facts that supports the notion that this is a SSD storage: 1. Broadwell chips does have integrated eMMC controller (external device means cost more, takes more PCB area). 2. There's already a working SeaBios payload for the C740, which the main reason for not having such to Bay-Trail-M devices was the issues with eMMC storage. p.s. I would point that there're a nice variety of embedded SSD storage (SSD on single chip) from multiple manufacturer: Toshiba, TI, SanDisk and apparently Kingston (Pixel 2) so the fact that the SSD is a single chip soldered to the board doesn't means it's an eMMC. Closing, as I guessed a reddit user confirmed the storage is not eMMC but SSD and it's upgradable.Dhead (talk) 13:51, 28 March 2015 (UTC)
