Page list

This should be a complete list of non-English pages without any interlanguage links. They should be either renamed appropriately or moved to ArchWiki_Translation_Team#Page_list. -- Lahwaacz (talk) 07:31, 29 August 2015 (UTC)

Add step about Template:TranslationStatus

How about to instruct, or at least recommend, the translators to use Template:TranslationStatus? This can be useful for a current translator to keep track of his/her job, as well as for new translators of a out-of-date translated page to easily know the diff since last translation. Some may not use because don't know this template. -- Josephgbr (talk) 20:14, 13 August 2018 (UTC)

It's a good idea to add it, at least, as an optional step (like step 16) --AlonsoLP (talk) 09:49, 14 August 2018 (UTC)

Merge with Help:i18n

This page is not about translation team (we don't have English translation team), also translation team pages are not translations of this page.

As this has been precedent in other pages like Localization (e.g. Subpages without an English counterpart) I think we should have a list of translation teams for each language here instead of sidebar i18n links.

I suggest to rename each team to ArchWiki:Spanish Translation Team (Español) and the like.

Would be cool to hear of other translators what they think.

I totally forgot Help:i18n already exists. It already has similar content so I would change my proposal to merge this page there instead. -- Svito (talk) 04:35, 24 January 2019 (UTC)
That's even better. I think we should also rename Help:i18n to Help:Translating, to be less cryptic and analogous to Help:Editing and Help:Reading. --Larivact (talk) 05:27, 24 January 2019 (UTC)
Help:i18n does not help only translators and it does not explain how to translate content - it describes how localized pages should be organized, which languages are supported, how to interlink various pages, how to find interlinked pages etc. This is helpful also to readers (and maintainers).
Also note that localized pages don't have to be a precise word-to-word translation of the corresponding English page, especially in the ArchWiki: namespace, so I don't see what would the naming like ArchWiki:Spanish Translation Team (Español) solve. This page is common to all translation subteams, i.e. it is about a team.

I also think some auto categorization into active & inactive would be nice.
