This article describes the use of Brother DCP-7065DN (multi function laser copier printer) on Arch Linux.

Printer

See CUPS for detailed information. This scanner works with Brother's brother-dcp7065dnAUR driver. Use lpd://printer_ip/BINARY_P1 as printer address.

Note: If the CUPS GUI administration tool does not properly add the printer, add it from the command line.

 Example: lpadmin -p b7065 -E -v lpd://10.0.0.101/BINARY_P1 -P /usr/share/cups/model/brother-BrGenML1-cups-en.ppd
