We have 23 pages of reports for Arch Linux project in Flyspray. :(

Here I tried to list and categorize some old reports.

Installer

  • FR #1224 - partially implemented, addons are needed

System

status?

Packages

  • FR #2727 - fixed on x86_64, release updated package on i686
  • BR #2775 - still not fixed (is it worth to fix?)
  • BR #3365 - shouldn't be an issue
  • FR #3810 - in my newly created TODO now
  • FR #4100 - it would be nice to have it be done, there won't be new versions anyway

decision?

status?

trivial fixes

Website

  • FR #2290 - trivial to implement
  • FR #3986 - not much harder
  • BR #4116 - annoys too much people :) - also annoying to implement, lots of special cases

Pacman

No promises on fixing these on bug day, but if any of the pacman devs or ML readers are around these would be good candidates to look at, especially if you like C and shell script coding more than fixing the above bugs. :)

  • #6404 - remote downloads via -U/-A should be stored in /tmp instead
  • #6604 - srcpac needs updates for pacman3 (as well as a general sprucing)
  • #3556 - test to see if this is closable
  • #6057 - write a pactest for this, investigate all issues described there
  • #6437 - someone good with wchar output in C should take a look
  • #6791 - easy patch attached
  • #4099 - it's in contrib now
