Google Earth is a software that displays through a three-dimensional representation of the earth the various places of our planet through the maps also available on Google Maps. Google Earth is present in AUR as Unsupported PKGBUILD. It obviously requires that the X server hardware acceleration is enabled.

To install it you can follow two ways:

Classical Installation

Download the tarballs (Archive) from AUR

Version for Arch i686
Version for Arch x86_64

Extract it in a folder in your home, then enter through the terminal, compile and install it.

32 bit:

tar -zxvf google-earth.tar.gz
cd google-earth
makepkg -cs
pacman -U *.pkg.tar.gz

64 bit:

tar -zxvf bin32-google-earth.tar.gz
cd bin32-google-earth
makepkg -cs
pacman -U *.pkg.tar.gz

Installing through Yaourt

If you don't know Yaourt read its page in the wiki at this link.

yaourt -Sy google-earth
