I used [http://www.archlinux.org/iso/2010.05/archlinux-2010.05-netinstall-i686.iso.torrent this] Arch-ISO: 2010.05-i686 and installed via CD.

In general it was easy to install Arch Linux on the Lenovo ThinkPad SL510.
