mlterm is a UTF-8 terminal (allowing the display of non-Latin characters) which supports bidirectionality. To properly configure it, do the following:

1. Configure your locale.

2. Download the package mlterm.

pacman -S mlterm

3 Optionally, if you would like to enable a non-Latin less, add the following to the file .bashrc in your home directory:

export LESSCHARSET=utf-8
