Tango-go-next.pngThis article or section is a candidate for moving to Dynamic_DNS#Software_Dynamic_DNS.Tango-go-next.png

Notes: After style fixes the page is too small and better placed as a new subsection; the target has subsections on comparable services. (Discuss in Talk:Noip#)

noip is a dynamic DNS client updater for services.

Install noipAUR from AUR.

To configure de No-IP DUC you have to execute the noip2 executable with -C option (create the configuration file step by step), or if you want to select all hosts in your account to be updated add the -Y option.

# noip2 -C

To see more options off the No-IP DUC use:

# noip2 -h

To start the service

Start noip2.service and, if all works satisfactorily, enable it.
