Use Archbootstrap

Will be experimenting to see how I can use the arch-bootstrap.sh to simplify this whole guide. https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Archbootstrap -- Fearedbliss

Additional info

This document written by Funtoo guys could be useful on configuring extra parts like the bootloader. They have examples on extlinux/syslinux and Grub2 - http://www.funtoo.org/wiki/ZFS_Install_Guide - Risthel (talk) 10:35, 28 January 2013 (UTC)

Added Swap information

I have added Swap setup information from the 'ZFS' article. Ndowens (talk) 14:36, 6 June 2013 (UTC)

Merge with ZFS

So, continuing the discussion from the ZFS article about merging, I think it is time. A lot of the duplicate information in this article is out of sync with the beginners guide.

  • I think we could possibly add a "Boot from ZFS" section into the main ZFS article with the required information.
