32 bits apps in Arch64

Using_32-bit-applications_on_Arch64 mentions lib32-* being in community. Also, emul-* from gentoo are in the AUR.

So maybe this should be updated: "Maybe we will place them into the AUR or community repo"

They are in [multilib] now. Close. -- Fengchao (talk) 02:11, 1 November 2012 (UTC)

Can I upgrade/switch my system from i686 to x86_64 without reinstalling?

This is highly misleading. The real answer is "No". If a person backs everything up and then installs the new OS in the normal fashion, one has not "upgraded" or "switched" "without reinstalling". They have actually installed a new operating system on a freshly formated hard drive and then copied back some settings. They may even have to re-install many applications, as well! This is crazy. - KitchM 22:28, 30 October 2011 (EDT)
