Remove inactive distributions?

ArchLinux PPC, ArchPwn and Elegance look dead. ArchServer websites are currently unreachable, live.linuX-gamers.net, CDN Linux, ConnochaetOS, CTKArch and Nosonja are not dead atm, but show little activity, AFAICT.

I would like to move ArchLinux PPC, ArchPwn and Elegance to the inactive distros list.
