Creating packages for other distributions

Should Creating_packages_for_other_distributions be added to the related section? Thiagowfx (talk) 02:12, 3 June 2014 (UTC)

This page is called Arch compared to other distributions. There is a page for Creating packages for other distributions. There's no real reason to mix them up. If other users want it mentioned, though, it would fit best in the See also section. -Sudowoodo (talk) 12:19, 3 June 2014 (UTC)
@Sudowoodo: I'm pretty sure Thiagowfx was proposing to add a link to Creating packages for other distributions in the Related articles box in the top-right corner ^^'
I'm against, because this page is targeted to new or aspiring Arch end users, not package maintainers or application developers. Nonetheless, I too think Creating packages for other distributions should indeed be linked from other articles, and I'd say Creating packages is a much better candidate.

@Kynikos Sorry, I didn't understand it at first. My fault. I agree with you on linking Creating packages for other distributions on pages such as Creating packages. -Sudowoodo (talk) 11:43, 4 June 2014 (UTC)
