pacman signing error

Attempting to install Cinnamon with the above instructions results in the following message:

How do I resolve this issue?

terminal output

This article is now mostly someone's terminal output when installing... I don't think any of it is really useful to have. What do people think about reverting to Kynikos's February 10th revision?
