Using the XDG Icon theme specification

Regarding the accuracy template, lxappearance writes it's settings to ~/.gtkrc-2.0. The cursor theme setting is: gtk-cursor-theme-name="cursor-theme"

If the /usr/share/icons/default/index.theme file is not present or contradicts the lxappearance setting then cursor themes may not be consistent.
