HAL no longer required

Isn't the section describing the "Places" module relying on HAL out of date? I use the "Places" module without HAL and haven't had any issues.

E17#udisk_vs._HAL

HAL is in fact no longer required and udisks is being used instead. I have confirmed this and removed the now irrelevant parts from the wiki. Stunts (talk) 22:05, 21 December 2012 (UTC)

E17#Modules_and_gadgets

I don't really know where else it would go but maybe making it a separate main heading would be the best idea. I could add some information about a few of the different modules and their uses.

I just wanted to see what everyone thought before I went ahead changing/adding that. Also, I'd like to confirm that no one else has issues with "Places" still. --Boswbr25 (talk) 02:55, 11 May 2012 (UTC)

User:Fengchao seems to have solved the HAL issue quite smartly: if you think that's enough please close this discussion by marking its heading with <s> tags. -- Kynikos (talk) 11:30, 15 May 2012 (UTC)

This has already been addressed and I have taken the liberty of using strikethrough marks. Stunts (talk) 22:05, 21 December 2012 (UTC)
