I suggest removing the part that tells the user how to build it. The dependencies have changed and the user should simply refer toAUR, I see no need to have such info in the wiki. And what's the point of wgetting both the PKGBUILD and the AURball?

Adding a graphical frontend to R
There is a nice alternative to R-Studio; you can use VIM with TMUX and the VIM-R-Plugin. This is quiet neat and a likely more "arch" way of doing R. I think most of the users would rather do it that way so a word to that would be great in the apropriate section.
