Why is sqlite3 not considered for production? sqlite3 is stable, pretty fast for minor installations and easy to backup. We have at least three production installation so far for a couple of years with no issues.

Sqlite 3 for production

Why is sqlite3 not considered for production? sqlite3 is stable, pretty fast for minor installations and easy to backup. We have at least three production installation so far for a couple of years with no issues.

It's not my opinion, it's a recommendation from Redmine site because some limitations that they have with the SQLite (ref.: http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/RedmineInstall). -- mawcomw (talk) 16:24, 02 May 2013 (UTC)
