I was thinking of refactoring the urxvt page to have 'Tips and tricks' for non Perl extensions, and create a new section 'Perl extensions'. While I was thinking which should go first in the doc order I noticed that "Improved Kuake..." is like a page within a page. It adds a lot of content to what would be a compact 'Tips and tricks' section, once the Perl exts are moved out. I'm not bold enough to make this edit, what do others think? --[[User:StephenB|StephenB]] 16:37, 14 August 2010 (EDT)

Thanks for really useful information :)

On Slackware 13.1, running urxvt 9.07, the second clipboard script's line (modified for xclip instead of xsel)

open (my $pipe,'|-','/usr/bin/xclip -in -selection clipboard') or die;

did not work. Fixed by changing it to

open (my $pipe,'| /usr/bin/xclip -in -selection clipboard') or die;
