I will work on this when I have time, it feels too complicated to read comfortably. Too many things are iterated or reiteratedThere may need to be more sectioning/ rewording sections to ease browsing the TOC. Troubleshooting section can be incorporated into the main article where appropriate as notes or tips. Of course adhering to the wiki guidelines as much as possible. What happened to the information on Eduroam?

I often check this page since it the only one I know of with information for configuring wpa_supplicant with Eduroam. Now its gone, its probably somewhere in the history, but since you can't search it... If someone could at least explain why that section was removed... Was it because the configuration varies? Well https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/WPA2_Enterprise#eduroam contains information for

You can browse the history here. My conclusion would be that there has never been an Eduroam section on this page, feel free to prove me wrong. -- Lahwaacz (talk) 19:08, 7 September 2016 (UTC)
No trust me there was, if I could prove it without manually searching through the history I would.
In any case perhaps it doesn't matter very much, what is instead important that we create the section given that there is obviously need for it?

In the end your institution is reponsible for providing the right settings; from WPA2 Enterprise#eduroam:
"Check connection details first with your institution before applying any profiles listed in this section. Example profiles are not guaranteed to work or match any security requirements"
Furthermore WPA2 Enterprise#wpa_supplicant refers to the well-documented examples in /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf, so I don't see what's to add here. -- Alad (talk) 20:22, 7 September 2016 (UTC)
