A bit Outdated
The wiki page is a bit outdated, nothing serious though. I'll fix once I get some free time, unless somebody is faster than me.
Untill then: tha base package has changed, it includes tumbler and thunar-volman.
: I fixed the thunar-volman issue, by editing the Removable Devices section. Liquen (talk) 21:16, 28 December 2012 (UTC)
Archiver Installing
When installing xfce onto a fresh Arch system, one of the programs in the xfce-goodies package (might be thunar-archiver-plugin or something along those lines) requires the additional installation of a  archiving program such as xarchiver or ark etc. Perhaps this is worth a note? hozza (talk) 07:37, 5 September 2012 (UTC)
:I second this. When you install thunar-archive-plugin, a post-install message is printed out stating that you should "please install xarchiver, squeeze, file-roller or ark to use the plugin". Not everyone pays attention to those messages (myself included, sometimes), and it seems reasonable to repeat the message in the wiki. Anyone else? ==<s>Install new Icon section</s>==
Copy From ArchWiki:Reports: should first look if there is a package for that theme, and also consider whether creating a PKGBUILD before extracting to /usr/share/icons. -- Fengchao (talk) 02:35, 15 March 2013 (UTC)

<strike>Shutdown Permissions</strike>
A new section has recently been added: . I can power off my system from Xfce's logout menu without being member of the 'power' group, can somebody else confirm? -- Kynikos (talk) 14:54, 23 April 2013 (UTC)
:Some context: I just re-installed Arch yesterday (or was it two days ago?). I'm not using any sort of login manager on my PC. Instead, I just log in to a tty concole, then execute startx to start xfce. You can see my current ~/.xinitrc here. ::I can shutdown the computer without being in any groups. I run Xfce through LightDM. -- Lonaowna (talk) 09:20, 24 April 2013 (UTC)
:::@Ichimonji10: I'm not using a login manager either, and my xinitrc is identical to yours. Did you use the latest ISO for installing Arch? Are you sure your system is up to date? Are you sure the mirror you're using is synchronized? I invite you to ask for clarifications on the forums and then report here. -- Kynikos (talk) 10:11, 24 April 2013 (UTC)
::::@Lonaowna and @Kynikos, thanks for the feedback. I must've reasoned incorrectly while installing my system up a couple days ago. Today, I removed myself from the power group (then logged back in), which means that I only belong to the wheel and ichimonji10 groups. Sure enough, I can still power off the machine. I'll go ahead and nuke the section I added. Oh, and @Kynikos... you give the most wonderfully polite criticism. Seriously.
