Accents on US keyboards

[moved from Talk:Accents_on_US_keyboards -- Lahwaacz (talk) 13:01, 15 September 2013 (UTC)]

On my keyboard, this works for setting the context menu key to compose: .xmodmaprc:

clear Mod2
keycode 135 = Multi_key
add Mod2 = Multi_key

i.e. my keycode for menu is 135, not 117 as in the example. Thetrivialstuff 22:00, 29 August 2010 (EDT)

I've removed that section, XKB should be used instead. Closing. -- Lahwaacz (talk) 20:35, 5 October 2013 (UTC)
