Configuration files

"Configuration files", "Global configuration files" and "Autostarting applications" contain basically the same thing worded in tree slightly different ways. It might be better to combine them all in "Configuration files".

I agree they all could probably be merged into one section, maybe merge the "Global configuration files" and "Autostarting Applications" into just the "Configurations files" making note which ones are read globally across the system (covering the Global config section) and when certain files read (covering the Autostarting applications). Maybe these sections should be marked as possible merge candidates.
