GNURoot is an application for Android that is able to run full Linux distros without root access. GNURoot needs a rootfs to unpack to install a distribution. Special applications called GNURoot helpers are available on the Play store which provide rootfs for major distros. Arch Linux ARM rootfs tarballs can be found here:
