The quote seems a bit non-Arch related... and it is a mis-quote.

Sorry, I wasn't aware that Usertalk pages had to be Arch-related? Is there a page describing the guidelines of Usertalk pages? (Note: Is it not only a mis-quote if it is misattributed? Perhaps I should cite it as "Unknown"...)
Not a misquote because of the person, more that quote is slightly incorrect.
Could you point me to the proper citation? I've actually looked myself, however, I haven't really found anything official. Supposedly, Benjamin Rush said it in 1787, but I couldn't find a source. Thanks!
