PKGBUILD Message Functions

I added the section on message functions because I saw them being used so often in other (even official) PKGBUILDs. If they are indeed intended to be internal, undocumented functions, should they be patched out of the existing PKGBUILDs?

Packages using msg: bash, grub, readline, wireless-regdb, refind-efi

Packages using msg2: bind, libffao, opencv, quagga

Packages using warning: opencv

Packages using error: filesystem, wireless-regdb, geoip-database, ovmf
