Why the renaming to include 'ArchLinux' in the titles? We discussed this a bit before (been awhile to find the link though). Basically what our conclusion became to be is that because this is the Arch Linux wiki, titles with the name as such would be as unnecessary repetition (ArchWiki_Tutorial#Adding_a_new_page), or did I miss something?

- Haha it's amazing what can get done with a bit of free time! --thayer 18:26, 28 January 2010 (EST)
I just noticed that you changed a bunch of pacman -Sy into -S... what is the reason for this?

- You can find some background discussion about it here, but basically it comes down to best practice. Setting aside the argument about dependency issues found in that link, it's just a waste of time for the end user to sync the pacman database with every single package installation. It is assumed that the end user performs a system update (-Syu) before installing any software...so syncing during each command is pointless. I believe the Pacman article has been updated accordingly as well. --thayer 15:16, 29 January 2010 (EST)
