Brave is an open-source graphical web browser based on the Blink rendering engine. It is based off of Chromium, but applies tweaks to remove Google-controlled code.

Installation

There are 3 versions of the browser: Stable, Beta, and Nightly. They are all available on the AUR:

brave-bin^AUR — stable build.
brave-beta-bin^AUR — beta build.
brave-nightly-bin^AUR — nightly build.

All three are officially maintained by the Brave development team. It is not recommended to download from any other sources. The script on the Brave website accomplishes the same task of installing the package from the AUR.
