Less surprising redirect for the ARM architecture pages

The current redirects drop users without warning into the off-wiki CoC, which is so succinct that it doesn't really do anything to explain why they were dropped there. If a user is not already aware that archlinux-arm is not arch (hell, they might not even know about the *existence* of archlinux-arm when searching the wiki for "Raspberry Pi"), then simply telling them "Arch-support only" doesn't convey the point that Arch *doesn't support ARM*.

I suggest redirecting instead to https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Arch-based_distributions#Active, similar to what e.g. https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Arch_Hurd_Project does. We could even add a subheading with the express purpose to point those redirects to, something along the lines of "You may have been redirected here because you searched for an architecture not supported by Arch Linux. There may exist active Arch derivatives with their own support channels for your architecture. These [are not supported by Arch proper][link to CoC]."
