tips for a novice

Hi'yall my name is carlos, I've been using Linux for a while, I started with Ubuntu and its derivatives, then Debian and for simplicity I'm using Arch, I use Fluxbox, Firefox GCC, LXTerminal, IRSSI in a chroot, I activated the core-testing option and I want to apply as a tester, what else should I do?
