Rewrite based on modern kernel drivers

The XWiimote page is great, but it only works for X sessions. I use Gnome on Wayland, and I'm working on getting my Wii remote working as a media remote. I would like to rework this article to focus on using a Wiimote outside of X using the in-kernel drivers. Basically the instructions will include an up to date guide on how to connect a Wii remote (it's really easy these days) and how to configure what the buttons do (I will offer one or more uinput-based solutions. If a Wayland compositor includes a way to configure this I will mention that as well). I will leave the cwiid-based instructions for their historical value unless someone else thinks I should delete them. Xordspar0 (talk) 17:54, 8 August 2020 (UTC)
