This document will guide you through the process of installing Arch Linux. In contrast to the Beginner's guide, this tutorial does not get to the point quickly. Instead, the goal is to increase your understanding of your computer throughout the installation. We often go on tangents and descriptions of concepts that are related to GNU/Linux or Computer Science in general. If you're a complete newbie to GNU/Linux, or interested in learning more about how your computer works, this guide may be for you. If you're just interested in getting Arch Linux installed quickly, refer to the Installation guide.
I trust that you have read through the FAQ already. If you're having trouble, the ArchWiki should be your first port of call. The IRC channel (ircs://irc.libera.chat/archlinux) and the forums are also excellent resources if an answer cannot be found elsewhere.
