I see you created this section, but I could find this variable anywhere but on that wiki page, is this your own discovery?

I wanted to enable this on my own laptop but it is from mid 2022 (16ACH6H-82JQ) which does not seem to care about this variable anymore.

Thanks, I was just fooling around, not trying to resolve any issue, and a singular efivar to toggle teh advanced mode seemed very interesting. I had no clue about the patcher you linked, that might work for me, thanks!

No problem. I have a Legion 5 AMD using this as \EFI\SREP_Config.cfg, then run SREP.efi from the edk2 shell. Use at your own risk.
