Merge suggestion

It seems to me that the content of this page could fit into Keyboard Shortcuts, which already provides tables of default bindings for frequently used software. There is also user customization section with some tips or links to main articles. I'm not sure what is the purpose of this page, IMO it just provides guidelines for configuring shortcuts in one specific way, which might not be suitable for everybody. It may be better to concentrate the information in one place so that users can choose from multiple options. -- Lahwaacz (talk) 14:20, 31 January 2014 (UTC)
