ArchTranslator

Features:

1. Copies and pastes the original source;
2. Inserts the [localized] TranslationStatus template;
3. Inserts the English interlanguage link;
4. Sorts the header elements according to the layout.
5. Checks whether any of the linked English versions of articles have already been translated [1].

Working on:

1. Support for multiple languages (mainly the localized link caching)
