TB Dock

More of a hint really, but in some places (e.g. X1G6 page) it is suggested to enable Thunderbolt BIOS Assist Mode; this, however, makes a lot of I/O on the Thunderbolt 3 Dock Gen2 inaccessible for me (at least all USB ports and the NIC) if docked - disabling TB BIOS assist mode makes the dock work out of the box. Unsure about whether that information is relevant for the X1G8 page or not.

Microphone

I have not had any luck getting the microphone to work under Arch. Has anyone had success? Shadeseeker (talk) 18:02, 15 November 2020 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Bluetooth

I encountered some weird issues with bluetooth using the modern standby power mode, has anyone else had these problems? - 0x91 (talk) 11:41, 22 August 2020 (UTC)0x91Reply[reply]

Secondary USB C port breaking devices

I encountered a weird issue where the thunderbolt 3 compatible port kills any Yubikey that is inserted, while connected to power. It will kinda fry the Yubikey. "Tested" with 2x Yubikey 5c and 1x Yubikey 4. Of note here is that any USB device that was connected on the charging USB C port through a hub power cycled. Anyone experienced something similar? Small addition. Lenovo does not know about the problem, but believes this is not an issue with their port, but with Yubico's hardware and won't follow this issue further. Stp (talk) 11:51, 28 August 2020 (UTC) Addition: Seems like it is not limited to Yubikeys. It would explain previously 2 dead mice and just tested with 2 old USB storage devices. Result all dead. Edit: forgot signature Stp (talk) 13:04, 28 August 2020 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Battery 1 Not Detected

Only one of the two built-in batteries is detected, wherefore the overall capacity is limited to max. 5h. Anyone else had this problem?
