I am a computer science engineer from Costa Rica specialized in open source software and development, I started using Linux in high school back in 1998, and started the migration from Windows 98 to Linux in 1999 with RedHat 6.1.

Then in college I began toying with Slackware until ArchLinux appeared, currently I have it installed in two desktop computers, a small personal server and my notebook.

ArchLinux simply rocks, it is amazingly fast and customizable, many people believe that my computers run at about 5Ghz with 16GB RAM when they see them booting in under 20s.
