It looks like this ASSP installation recipe is outdated.
ASSP 2.6.7_22137 Install.txt recommends to not install the required perl modules via dist packages instead install the perl modules via assp.mod.zip because "some modules require special patches for assp!"
"pacman -S openssl" on the other hand seems missing.
