Android udev rules

Udev manpage describes /etc/usev/rules.d as "local administration directory", which seems suitable for custom rules, related to Android devices. Is there any sufficient reason for this edit? --AlexanderR (talk)

I re-edited the section to add a link to the AUR package and to note the location where the rules file is installed.
