Event date clarification

I'm not an Arch developer, just some random person who happened to come across this page, so sorry if my question seems a bit prying, but the preface of this article says "The Arch Linux development team is considering to participate this year in..." without specifying which year it's referring to, so it's a bit confusing to me/the reader as to whether it's referring to the current year or some year in the past.

Upon taking a quick superficial glance at its editing history, the article was created (and that particular sentence was written) in 2011, although its latest edit is from 2021. If the article is purely historical, I suggest adding a year or possibly year range to it (e.g. "... considering to participate this year (2011) ...", or "(2011-2021)") so it wouldn't be confusing to random readers who come across it. If participation is still expected to occur in the future, might want to imply so with the wording, e.g. "The Arch developers team considers participating in the GSoC every year/every couple of years/every few years", or something like that.

Of course, it's up to whoever is related to this event to decide if it's all that important to clarify this for random outsiders. In case it's not, feel free to delete my entire comment from the talk page. And sorry again about intruding.
